You need to tell us the Model number, range (input), scale, setpoints if applicable, and any special features.
Part of the LFE api product line was sold prior to the remainder of the line transferring to the Bluffton, Ohio location in 1997. Some models were already obsolete prior to the acquisition of the meter line. In a few instances, low sales volume has caused several meters to become obsolete since 1997. In a few cases special features – bezels and parts are no longer available.
You will need to contact Customer Care at 567-433-5537 for an RMA#, pricing for non-warranty; or determination of warranty repair.
In some instances, we are able to repair obsolete meters if repairable parts are utilized in models we continue to manufacture. Contact Customer Care at 567-433-5537
Look on your meter. Finished meter part numbers have a minimum of 10 digits/letters.
